Is my data secure with Filliny?

How accurate is Filliny at filling forms?

Filliny achieves 99.9% accuracy on standard forms. Our AI technology intelligently analyzes form structure and context to ensure fields are filled correctly. For complex or unusual forms, you may occasionally need to make small adjustments.

Which websites does Filliny work with?

Filliny works with most websites that contain forms, including shopping sites, job applications, government forms, and more. We continuously add support for new websites. If you encounter a site where Filliny isn't working perfectly, please let us know so we can improve compatibility.

How do I create multiple profiles?

To create multiple profiles, open the Filliny extension, click the settings icon, and select "Manage Profiles." From there, click "Add Profile" and follow the prompts to create and name a new profile. You can create different profiles for work, personal use, shopping, etc.

Does Filliny work on mobile devices?

Currently, Filliny is available as a Chrome extension for desktop computers. We're working on mobile solutions and expect to release mobile support in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

How many tokens do I need for regular use?

Most users consume about 10-20 tokens per week with regular form-filling activities. Our starter package includes 500 tokens, which lasts most users several months. Power users who fill many forms daily may prefer our subscription plans for unlimited usage.

Can I transfer my subscription to another account?

Subscriptions are tied to the account they were purchased with and cannot be transferred. If you need to change accounts, please contact our support team at [email protected] and we'll do our best to assist you.

How do I request support for an unsupported website?

Premium subscribers can request website compatibility through their dashboard. Go to Dashboard -> Support Request and provide the URL of the website along with details about the form you're trying to fill. Our team will prioritize adding support for frequently requested sites.

What happens if I run out of tokens?

When you run out of tokens, you'll need to purchase more to continue using Filliny's AI form filling features. You can view your current token balance in the extension by clicking on your profile icon. We'll also notify you when your tokens are running low.

Is there a way to automate form filling on specific websites I visit frequently?

Yes! Premium subscribers can set up auto-fill rules for specific websites. In your extension settings, go to "Website Rules" and add the URLs of sites you visit frequently. You can configure Filliny to automatically fill forms when these pages load, saving you even more time.
